Information collected automatically

Web server logs

As is true of most websites, our web server automatically collects and temporarily stores in log technical information about your visit that is sent by your browser (IP address, browser type, operating system, URLs of pages visited, date/time stamp, etc.). This technology is necessary to ensure the safe and smooth operation of websites on the Internet, helps diagnose issues with the server and prevent attacks.

The information in log files cannot identify an individual user. We use log data internally only for analyzing our network traffic, ensuring website security, debugging, and effective management. We do not publish or share this data with anyone else. The log file is generated automatically by the web server and deleted after 30 days.

Third-party advertising

On our project, we use a third-party advertising service Google Adsense. It can collect some information about users' behavior (e.g., the IP address assigned to your computer or device, the type of browser, the pages you visit, etc.) to display personalized advertising (formerly known as interest-based advertising). We do not control and are not responsible for how Google Adsense collects and uses this data. For more details, please visit

Please be aware you can always adjust your advertising preferences and opt out of allowing Google to personalize the ads you see. But you will still see non-personalized ads targeted to the content of the web page you are viewing. Learn more at

Non-personalized ads for visitors from the EEA countries

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will see only non-personalized ads on our website. The European Economic Area includes the member countries of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

Using the settings provided by Google Adsense, we choose to display only non-personalized ads for all visitors from the EEA.

Non-personalized ads, as Google declares, are delivered based on contextual information (including the content of the current web page and city-level geo-targeting) and do not use data about user behavior. In this case, Google disallows the personalized targeting (based on user's interests, demographic data, user list targeting), but it uses the necessary cookies for frequency capping, to generate reports, and to prevent fraud and abuse. Third-Party Analytics Tools

To analyze our traffic and measure user satisfaction with content, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, that can collect some non-personally identifiable information from your browser (anonymized IP address, browser type, URLs of pages visited, time and duration of your visit, etc.).

Our website uses the "anonymize IP" option, which zeroes the last octet of the user's IP address, so the statistics collected by this service remain anonymous and cannot identify an individual user.

Be aware you can opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at
